How do I reserve my date?
Start with the inquiry form below. We'll send you a proposal — your date is officially reserved once we've received your signed agreement and the required retainer.
What is the booking retainer?
The booking retainer is ordinarily 50% of the total service fee, applied to your total. Events booked within seven days require full payment at booking, and the remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
Do you deliver, set up, and clean up?
Yes. Every scene includes coordinated delivery, professional installation, camera-ready styling, and breakdown — you walk in and celebrate.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you have a date. Dates are limited, especially on weekends — checking your date early gives you the best options.
Do you travel outside the DMV?
Yes, travel can be arranged. Final pricing depends on your design, location, add-ons, and travel.
